The bar itself is built like a tank, as usual from LPGMuscle. I also love the cable attachment’s rotation ability when hooked to my belt squat for doing standing cable curls. My only improvement suggestion would be with respect to the grip (coating) on the bar. It’s consistent with all of the LPGMuscle cable attachments that I have; however, I like the grip on the Black Widow attachments that I also have a lot better.
