For most of us iron addictions began with arm workouts. As it felt natural to grab a dumbbell and instinctively crank out some bicep curls. Or grip a cable machine rope to tricep push down our way to glory. Which in turn never failed to create a swelling effect that would grab the attention of jealous rivals and adoring ladies. So, it began. To follow with a sincere motivation to get maximum arm exercise results in minimal time. As one sorted out the best techniques and tools for the job. It became apparent there was much more to be gained beyond dumbbell & barbell curls, and rope cable attachments. Such as alternate tricep exercises type cable attachments for gym. Which provided superior grip configurations combined with cable suspensions that completely outperformed common triceps rope. So too it went with dumbbell and barbell curl bar workouts. Which were more frequently bypassed in exchange for fat grip easy curl bars. That inspired the urge needed to lift more weight during cable curls, or while bending and extending against ultra efficient cable resistance. A proven means of keeping the resistance on targeted muscle throughout the effective exercise range of motion.
