Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To serve notice of a return, please contact whitney@lpgmuscle.com. Or dan@lpgmuscle.com. If your return is accepted you will be responsible to securely wrap and return ship the item(s) via a reliable shipping service (UPS, FEDEX USPS etc.) with a package tracking number for reference. As no refund will be released unless item is verified as returned. Once the goods are returned (Ship to: HYPER LLC, 8 N Montour St, Montoursville, Pa. 17754) we will inspect for damage or blemishes. Which can be assessed for up to 50% of products purchase price so do take care to carefully pack the goods! Please note that all non-warranty related returns as well as initial order shipping fees will be refunded. You may reach uus at 570-322-2255 should you wish to speak with an agent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. **Do take pictures whenever possible to help us determine how the return will be assessed and managed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch with Whitney@lpgmuscle.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to serve notice of your intent to return the item. BEFORE it ships out of LPGmuscle! As you will be responsible for any related return shipping charges. Once the tracking verified return has arrived at LPGmuscle and been inspected, the appropriate refund will be initiated back through the same form of payment used for initial purchase. You can then place a new order for the intended product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your tracking verified return. To let you know if the 100% of product cost refund was approved. And if not, what percentage of monies will get refunded. You will next be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund but generally speaking it's rarely more than 4 days.
Lifetime Warranty item replacements.
Should a product fail to perform at any time due to defects in materials and craftsmanship, while using the goods for exercise acceptable activities and applications. Please cease using the item immediately as there could potentially be an underlying safety issue at hand. Next contact dan@lpgmuscle.com to provide images and descriptions of the items condition. Should it be clear to us the item is indeed eligible for return and replacement, we will send a replacement product and return label for the damaged goods. All Warranty Returns will be managed and delivered at LPGmuscle discretion and expense. Should evidence indicate the item indeed failed or will fail to safely perform we will assuredly replace it. That said please note; the Lifetime Replacement Warranty WILL NOT apply to what can be viewed as normal usage wear and tear.
