Shipping Policy

LPG Muscle operates on a Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM schedule. Weekday orders placed within the *hours of 9 to 5 Monday thru Thursday (*by 3PM for Friday) generally ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the following Monday. Once processed, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Customers should allow up to 48 hours from time of order processing notification, to verify tracking movement and package location. We generally ship UPS ground for larger heavier items and USPS Priority for smaller. Customers may choose which service is preferred during checkout process. Since we are located in Pennsylvania, East Coast and Midwest customers can expect to get standard shipments within 1-3 days. West Coast and similar locations typically receive shipments within 2-7 days. Dependent upon service purchased during checkout. Regardless of which shipping service is selected, please note LPGmuscle makes all effort to ship via the earliest delivery method. Lpgmuscle as well reserves the right to ship with noncustomer requested methods. Should said request be unavailable or a faster delivery be possible with another trusted shipping entity.

*Please note that handling time and shipping time are separate entities. Handling time may prolong the shipment's departure regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

We do our best to ensure each order leaving our facility is carefully wrapped or boxed for safe shipment. That said LPG Muscle is not responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process. Should an item arrive damaged, LPGmuscle is to be immediately informed via Whitney@LPGmuscle.com. As well customer is responsible to provide images of said package and or damaged goods. No claims of shipping damaged goods will be accepted without evidentiary images as proof. As said is required for shipping company restitution, and customer refunds and or replacement of damaged goods. 

In the rare event a customer receives an item which has a *true manufacturer's defect that seriously impacts the functionality, purpose, and/or safety of the product, LPG Muscle is fully responsible for the return shipping of that item. However, such a situation must be evidenced prior to our response by providing Whitney@LPGmuscle with images of said product failure for verification purposes. * Please note normal wear and tear is NOT considered a valid warranty claim.

All non-warranty related return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped via trusted shipping entities ( UPS, USPS, FEDEX etc.) and accompanied with a tracking number and packed carefully for shipment. As deductions of up to 50% of product purchase price will be withheld, should item returned not be found in new, resaleable condition. Please email Whitney@lpgmuscle.com asap with the tracking information for the return once shipped. As soon as we receive the tracking verified return, it will be inspected, and an appropriate refund will be issued via the same financial entity used to make the purchase.
