3–4 sets: 15 – 12 – 10 – 8
(use maximum plates for each set and make the required repetitions as indicated). Killer Growth Hack; Perform 3 sets with 3-second peak contractions (bar held tight to upper chest). Finish last set of 8 reps at maximum workout load with no pause and normal repetition speed
Overhand Wide-Grip Lat Pulldowns
