💥 HOW TO DEPLOY TACTI-TRICEPS

  1. Snap-hook the unit to any cable machine.

  2. Set weight. Grip AR15 handles.

  3. Start with a 90° arm bend with resistance tight against muscle.

  4. Straighten arm and explode on extension to full arm lockout.

  5. Pause 2 seconds then Lower the weight slowly over 3 seconds for maximum long-head destruction.

  6. Repeat for 3-4 sets (15-12-10-8 reps) and finish with maximum exercise resistance with no pauses or slowed lowering of weight for 6-8 repetitions and a new Tacti-Triceps record. Make Tri's scream like you're the King!
