Our TRD Triceps Rope 'Dynamic' PRO offers a revolutionary design that utterly outperforms common tricep double ropes. First the Yoke design provides wider hand spacing for better triceps long head isolation.  Secondly the yoke acts to induce a lateral dynamic instability.
