Super Duty Welded Steel Power Rack Arm is a great way to get your GRIP FREAK Wrist Roller (or any Power Cage accessory) hung! Designed to fit 2" or 3" square tube steel Power Cages, Power Racks etc. Power Rack Arm attaches easily in minutes. To use simply remove the mounting nut from bolt end of unit. Next insert the shaft into the required 1" diameter elevation hole of choice within the Squat Rack. Thread the nut back on and hand tighten securely. Then attach the GRIP FREAK Forearm Gripper to the mounting arm attachment lug. It's now time to get a grip on the FREAK Forearm Workout Tool to crank out some reps.
