🔥 HOW TO TRAIN WITH THE BOSS HOG™ 60" LAT BAR

Phase 1 – Warm-Up

  • Wide-grip cable pulldowns

  • 2–3 sets, moderate weight, full stretch

Phase 2 – Strength Loading

  • Reverse-grip pulldowns or high pulley rows

  • 3–4 sets, (12–10-8-6 reps), hold contraction bar at chest for a 3 count for sets 1-3 at maximum weight for each. Last set load maximum workout weight and finish the set of 6 with no pause on contraction and maximum workout weight.

Phase 3 – Growth & Lat Expansion

  • Perform maximal range of motion wide-grip pulldowns with a slow 4 seconds lowering of weight, and explosion on pulls for the first two sets of (15 - 12)

  • Finish sets 3 and 4 (10 - 6) with aggressive yet controlled tempo at maximum poundage

  • Remember reps dictate weight. Always pull as heavy as possible for every set and make every rep. Maintain control and engage every fiber for optimal results
