Warm-Up Phase — Slim Bar
Start your cable lat workout with narrow-grip lat pulldowns using the Slim 1¼" Bar.
Perform 1-2 sets (15-12 reps) of full pulls to warm the lats, rhomboids, and lower traps with enough weight for a slight struggle to make rep counts.
Training modulates — Slim Bar Reverse Grip
Apply a narrow reverse-grip for seated lat pull downs, perform 3-4 sets (15-12-10 -8) while applying a three second pause on full contraction by holding muscles tight with bar against chest. Or apply a 3 second count to resisting the lowering the plates. For
3–4 sets (12-10-8-6) with maximal weight for each set while using controlled form
Growth Phase — FAT Grip Angled Lat Bar
Finish the upper back workout using the 1¾" Fat Grip Lat Bar with an overhand grip on angled portion of bar. With a thumbless grip for optimal lat targeting
